Membership Application Form 2024

All Members are encouraged to assist and support the club by helping out at least twice a year whether it be: bar/kitchen or other general service jobs. Membership cards will be made available at the club for your collection, following acceptance of your application.

Oundle Cruising Club is obliged to conform to Data required by Official authorities. (Covid etc) . OCC will not pass on your personal information to third parties without first obtaining your permission unless legally obliged to conform to an official authority request. Years Fee’s Family £45 Single £30 (this will be calculated pro rata if joining mid year - first year only) plus an initial joining fee of £30. Subsequent membership renewal fees will fall due in January each year regardless of month of joining. Payment must be received before application can be accepted.

NB: If you have been a members of OCC within the previous calender year, your application will be treated as a full year renewal and no mid year pro-rata will be applied. However there will be no new member joining fee added.

Terms & conditions are subject to alterations & changes from time to time and will be advised to Members at the earliest opportunity.

After completing the following application form fields, you will be advised at the end of the process the fee required for the balance of the year including joining fee. Could you please transfer payment to our bank details shown above so the application can proceed. You will be sent a copy of you application by our membership Secretary. Your application will be presented to the Committee for acceptance at the next meeeting, usually first Friday of every month. Upon acceptance our Membership Secretary will contact you. If for any reason you are not accepted , a full refund of your payment will be made.
